We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery of product.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must do the following:

1. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number.
You may call our toll free number: TBA or email:  CustomerService@StandUpRanchers.com.
Please note: Any items delivered to us without this number will be returned to sender.

2. The product must be returned in its original condition, never worn, with original tags, and in original packaging. Shoe boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box for shipment.

3. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us.

Once your return is received, your exchange will ship if it is in stock or you will receive a refund of your purchase price.
